The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. I really appreciated the laundry facilities that let me wash my kids' clothes as needed, and the free wifi was solid too.

It wasn't exactly cheap to stay there, but I'd say it was acceptable for the value.

I stayed here with my partner and was delighted to discover how close we were to Hyde Park, just a short 500-meter stroll away, and the Art Gallery of New South Wales, only a 1.5 km walk, making it perfect for our city explorations. the staff were wonderful, and our room on level 47 offered breathtaking views that made our stay truly memorable.

I had a fantastic stay in a two-bedroom suite with my family. The location is unbeatable. we could easily walk to Darling Harbour and other attractions. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Staff members were extremely accommodating, quickly responding to our requests. However, the Wi-Fi connection in the room could use some improvement.
